Chicken Tikka Masale Paste

1) Mix 100gm curd and 2 tbsp chicken tikka masala paste well then mix 250gm chicken and keep it for marinating (Optional / Optional – Heat 1-2 coals on the gas (red), keep the coal in the mixture, put ghee / butter on the hot coals and smoke in a sealed cap for 3 to 5 minutes)

2) Take the marinade mixture, fry the mixture in ghee / oil for 3 to 5 minutes, and cover the lid and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Chicken tikka is ready

3) Take fried chicken tikka in a pan, mix 50 grams of curd with the remaining tandoori tikka masala paste, then add 100 ml water and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes and add 150 ml water and let it cook for 5-7 minutes, 50 Mix gram amul fresh cream / cream and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and add salt, kasuri methi & kothmir as per taste (total water 250ml)

4) Chicken tikka masala is ready
