Shahi Dalcha Magic Paste
READY TO COOK PASTE AT REASONABLE PRICE!
1) In a pressure cooker add 500 gm Mutton with 2 tbsp Shahi Dalcha Magic Paste and boil after adding 200 ml water.
2) 125 gm boil Moong / toor dal with 100 ml water
3) Take Shahi Dalcha magic paste in Degchi and fry 150 gm chopped gourd (Dudhia) for 3 to 4 minutes add and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes after adding 100 ml water, Dalcha base is ready
4) Flatten the boiled toor daal and add in dalcha base, Mix the boiled mutton in the lentil base, add 200 ml water, add salt as per taste, add mint, coriander leaves, add tamarind water and lemon juice for sour taste and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
5) Shahi Dalcha is ready.
