* CHICKEN FRY KORMA
1)100 gm curd & mix chicken magic masala well then add 500 gm chicken / mutton in it, heat 1-2 coals (red) on gas, Put the coal in the korma mixture put ghee / butter on the hot coal and smoke it in a seal cap for 3 to 5 minutes and Keep for marinating
2) Take Marinate Mixture And fry 3 to 5 minutes after Add 100 ml Water & cook it for 4 to 5 minutes & add 300 ml water & boil 8 to 10 minutes after add Check Salt As Per Taste, add Green Coriender Leaves (total water 400 ml)
3) Chicken fry korma is ready (u can add amul fresh cream) * CHICKEN FRY MASALA
