Lucknowi White Biryani Paste
READY TO COOK PASTE AT REASONABLE PRICE!
A) Boil 500 gm soaked Basmati rice in 3 liters of boiled water with salt and 1 tbsp ghee/oil, 1 spoon khade masala for 5 to 7 minutes till 60 to 70% and filter the water and keep aside.
1) Shahi Lucknowi Biryani paste pack with 500 gm chicken/mutton and 200 g curd mix well, heat 1-2 coals (red) on gas, Put the coal in the biryani mixture put ghee / butter on the hot coal & smoke it in a seal cap for 3 to 5 minutes and Keep for marinating.
2) Take marinated chicken mixture, and add 50 ml water, cook the biryani mixture for 3 to 5 minutes, add Amul Fresh Cream / Malai 50 gm and salt as per taste, add green coriander (kothmir) mint, biryani base is ready.
3)On top of the biryani base, layer half cooked 60 to 70% boiled basmati rice, use ghee, color & fry onion on the .top and seal the top of the vessel on a slow ame and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes.
4) Dum Biryani ready….
