1) 200 gm yoghurt / curd & hyderabadi biryani paste mix well then add 500 gm chicken / mutton in it, and Keep for marinating [* heat 1-2 coals (red) on gas, Put the coal in the biryani mixture put ghee / butter on the hot coal and smoke it in a seal cap for 3 to 5 minutes]
2) Take Marinate Mixture And Add 50 ml Of Water & Green Coriender & Mint Leaves, Cook The Biryani Mixture For 3 To 5 Minutes And Check Salt As Per Taste, Biryani Base Is Ready.
3) Take A Layer Of Half Cooked 60 To 70 % Boil Basmati Rice On Top Of The Biryani Base And Use Ghee, color & fry onion In the Top, & Keep The Top Of The Pot Sealed On A Slow Flame Over The Hot Plate For 10 To 20 Minutes.
4) Dum Biryani Ready
